  26. C-Kermit and you received the message "BLACKLISTED"?

  28. That's a message from the modem.  It has made too many calls or call
  29. attempts, according to PTT rules or somesuch, and is now prohibited
  30. from making any more calls for a while.

  32. It's not a Kermit problem, it's a feature of your telephone service
  33. provider and your modem.
